Product Manager – Data Trust Platform

About the team

The Product organization partners closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market to define the strategy for Accentrust’s trusted AI data ecosystem. We work in tight feedback loops with customers, prioritize ruthlessly, and measure success by business and user outcomes.

About the role

You will be the connective tissue between customers, our data engineering squads, and leadership—creating clarity on priorities, sequencing experiments, and ensuring our platform stays ahead of rapidly evolving AI governance needs.

You might thrive in this role if you have

• •Experience building platforms that span ingestion, governance, and AI enablement workflows
• •Ability to translate ambiguous customer feedback into concrete hypotheses and experiments
• •Data storytelling skills—comfortable navigating dashboards, SQL, or product analytics tools
• •Strong collaboration skills with proven ability to influence without authority
• •Confidence presenting roadmaps and strategic narratives to executive stakeholders

It's a bonus if you have

• •Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or technical program management
• •Exposure to privacy, compliance, or risk management frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI)
• •Experience launching AI-assisted product features or copilots
• •Certification in Agile, Pragmatic, or Productboard/ProdPad power user experience
• •Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/French for customer research advantages
