Sobre el puesto
As our UX Research Lead, you will set the vision for how we understand customers using AI governance workflows. You will balance hands-on studies with program-level influence, ensuring insights fuel product strategy, GTM narratives, and design craft across Accentrust’s platform.
Podrías prosperar en este puesto si tienes
- •Comfort shaping research around ambiguous or emerging product spaces
- •Experience building insight repositories, research ops, or democratized testing practices
- •Confidence facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions with executives and customers
- •Working knowledge of privacy, ethics, or compliance considerations in AI/ML
- •Ability to turn qualitative stories and quantitative signals into prioritized recommendations
Es un plus si tienes
- •Background in service design, design strategy, or innovation consulting
- •Experience with B2B enterprise or regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector)
- •Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive research practices
- •Fluency in French or Mandarin to support international research
- •Comfort working with product analytics stacks (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker)
