Our Business & Operations organization ensures customers adopt Accentrust with speed, compliance, and confidence. We partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to align delivery with customer outcomes.
About the role
You will be the strategic advisor for our largest customers, guiding them through technical deployments, change management, and value realization. Your insight will shape our GTM playbooks and the evolution of our data trust platform.
You might thrive in this role if you have
- •Experience running executive QBRs and multi-stakeholder workshops
- •Ability to build solution diagrams, success plans, and adoption metrics dashboards
- •Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or industry-specific compliance frameworks
- •Comfort with CRM/CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight) and analytics tools
- •Strong storytelling skills, both written and verbal
It's a bonus if you have
- •Background in AI governance, risk, or compliance roles
- •Experience supporting financial services, healthcare, or public sector clients
- •Fluency in French or Spanish for North American customer engagements
- •Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) or similar credential
- •Previous tenure in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
