The Design & Research group bridges AI infrastructure with meaningful human experiences. We collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure every interaction reinforces trust and clarity for data teams and business stakeholders.

Über die Rolle

As our UX Research Lead, you will set the vision for how we understand customers using AI governance workflows. You will balance hands-on studies with program-level influence, ensuring insights fuel product strategy, GTM narratives, and design craft across Accentrust’s platform.

Sie könnten in dieser Rolle erfolgreich sein, wenn Sie haben

  • Comfort shaping research around ambiguous or emerging product spaces
  • Experience building insight repositories, research ops, or democratized testing practices
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions with executives and customers
  • Working knowledge of privacy, ethics, or compliance considerations in AI/ML
  • Ability to turn qualitative stories and quantitative signals into prioritized recommendations

Es ist ein Bonus, wenn Sie haben

  • Background in service design, design strategy, or innovation consulting
  • Experience with B2B enterprise or regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector)
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive research practices
  • Fluency in French or Mandarin to support international research
  • Comfort working with product analytics stacks (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker)
