UX Research Lead – Responsible AI

À propos du poste

As our UX Research Lead, you will set the vision for how we understand customers using AI governance workflows. You will balance hands-on studies with program-level influence, ensuring insights fuel product strategy, GTM narratives, and design craft across Accentrust’s platform.

Vous pourriez exceller dans ce rôle si vous avez

•Comfort shaping research around ambiguous or emerging product spaces
•Experience building insight repositories, research ops, or democratized testing practices
•Confidence facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions with executives and customers
•Working knowledge of privacy, ethics, or compliance considerations in AI/ML
•Ability to turn qualitative stories and quantitative signals into prioritized recommendations
