We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead Accentrust's IT operations and security. You will define roadmaps and standards, guide a small but growing function, and remain hands-on where needed.

As a member of Accentrust, you will work on various aspects of the data engineering lifecycle, from data modeling and ETL processes to data warehousing and analytics. You will collaborate closely with our product team, engineers, and stakeholders to design and implement scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.

Drive the roadmap for Accentrust’s AI-native data trust platform by translating customer problems into coherent product bets, aligning engineering, design, and go-to-market teams around measurable outcomes.

Lead human-centered research across Accentrust’s AI-native products to ensure experiences are intuitive, trustworthy, and grounded in real customer needs. You’ll define research strategy, run mixed-method studies, and translate insights into product and design decisions.

Own the technical success of enterprise customers adopting Accentrust’s trusted AI data platform. You will combine solution architecture, onboarding leadership, and strategic account guidance to ensure customers realize measurable outcomes.

We are looking for an HR Specialist who enjoys being close to the people operations details—owning recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and employee experience programs for a growing AI startup. You will be the first point of contact for employees, ensuring every HR touchpoint is precise, compliant, and friendly.
